The IPLink-2454R is a carrier class broadband radio which complies with IEEE 802.11b/g. It is a High Power Wireless Radio (30dBm RF Power) with 15dBi built-in antenna and favorable water-resistant performance. It supports high speed data rate up to 54 Mbps in the 2.4GHz frequency bands. The harden design enables the system for long distance transmission under extreme environment.The advanced OFDM modulation and CCK ensures the system capable for the LOS and NLOS, point-to-point or point-to-multipoint applications. TPC (Transmit Power Control) and DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection) are also supported to provide additional flexibility to the customer.

To enhance the system security and privacy, the IPLink-2454R is protected by different wireless security features such as WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access), WPA2 (with Advanced Encryption Standard encryption), 64-bit / 128-bit WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy) and IEEE 802.1X authentication. It also provides such as NTP client service, Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection, Wireless Distribution System (WDS), firewall security with port filtering, IP filtering, MAC filtering, port forwarding, trigger port and DMZ hosting functions.
